What does the FCA have on you?
Join us for this 30-minute lunch and learn session to hear about the FCA’s reporting requirements, and how it uses the information it receives to monitor firms’ activities, and what might prompt it to take a closer look inside a firm.
Our compliance partners at UKGI will explore the types of information which must be provided to the FCA, either through routine reporting, or other methods; looking at best practice if approached, and considering the consequences if information is inaccurate, late, or not sent at all.
The session will provide a view on the FCA as a data-driven regulator and there will be an opportunity to ask any questions as they relate to your firm.
