AGM Vote 2025

We hope to see you all shortly at our Spring Health & Wellbeing Summit, incorporating our AGM, being held at the National Motorcycle Museum, Solihull, Birmingham, on the 21st of May from 09:15 to 15:00. As with every meeting that includes AGM items, there is an essential element of annual voting that takes place at the start of the day.

Therefore, ahead of the AGM, we are writing to notify you that under clause 4.2 of the amii constitution, the Honorary Officers of the Association (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and General Secretary) Dave Middleton, Claire Ginnelly, Paul Swanson & Tina Jennings are eligible for re-election.

Further, under clause 5.4 of the amii constitution, Executive Committee members (two intermediaries and one corporate) Alan Mulligan of Partners&, Guy Jones of Berwick Devoil Healthcare and Robert Bain of Bupa are also eligible for re-election.

All those occupying the Honorary Officer and Executive Committee roles have indicated they are happy to continue working with amii and would seek re-election, except for Vice Chair Claire Ginnelly, who has requested to stand down from this role.

Any persons who want to stand for the Executive Committee or Honorary Officer roles detailed above should submit their nomination by contacting the amii General Secretary tina.jennings@amii.org.uk no later than the 23rd of April 2025.

About the amii Honorary Officer and Executive Committee member roles
As a committee member, you will be involved in the policy and general management of the affairs of the Association. You will be required to attend four committee meetings per year (three virtual and one in person) and to be available to attend the two Health & Wellbeing Summits per year. Other responsibilities may include leading and reporting on projects agreed upon by the Executive Committee. In the case of the Chair and General Secretary, this is further supported by a job description that is available upon request, and you will have to commit to working a specified number of hours each week.

In submitting a nomination, please include details of your Health & Wellbeing industry background, your key achievements to date within the Health & Wellbeing industry, and what value you will bring to the amii Executive Committee and the broader Association.

If you still need to book your place to attend the Spring Heath & Wellbeing Summit incorporating the AGM where the voting takes place, you can head over to our Events page and use the link provided.
