Notice of AMII Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to take place during the AMII 2016: Health & Wellbeing Summit on Wednesday, 23 November 2016, at One Great George Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 3AA.

The Executive Committee has called this EGM to debate and vote on several proposed amendments to the Association Constitution. Full details of the proposed amendments and an introduction from Stuart Scullion, AMII Chairman, can be accessed via the document link below.

As the current Constitution does not allow for proxy voting on Constitutional Amendments, you or a representative from your AMII Member firm will be required to attend the EGM to register a vote on the proposals.The Executive Committee hopes that by including the EGM within the programme for the 2016 Health & Wellbeing Summit, this will encourage the greatest attendance from our membership.

If your firm has already registered to attend the Health & Wellbeing Summit on 23rd November, then you need take no further action, as you will be provided with a voting paper at that event.

If however you have not yet registered to attend the Health & Wellbeing Summit, and would like to attend part or all of the day to also include the EGM, please visit the Summit website at:
